In Chef Marian’s native Puerto Rico, Passion Fruit is known as “Parcha.”
Passiflora edulis is a vine species of passion flowerthat is native to Paraguay, Braziland northeastern Argentina(Corrientesand Misionesprovinces).[1]Common names include Passion Fruit (UK and US), Passionfruit (Australia and New Zealand), Granadilla (South America), Lilikoʻi (Hawaiian), Magrandera Shona (Zimbabwe), and Lạc tiên, Chanh dây or Chanh leo (Vietnamese) . In Puerto Rico, where the fruit is known as "Parcha", it is widely believed to lower blood pressure. It is cultivated commercially in frost-free areas for its fruit and is widely grown in India, Sri Lanka, New Zealand, the Caribbean, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Indonesia, Peru, California, Florida, Haiti, Hawaii, Australia, East Africa, Mexico, Israel and South Africa. The passion fruit is round to oval, either yellow or dark purple at maturity, with a soft to firm, juicy interior filled with numerous seeds. The fruit can be grown to eat or for its juice, which is often added to other fruit juices to enhance the aroma.

No way! If you placed a pre-order, you can walk into the store and one of our front counter associates would be happy to assist you… Keila
Can I order a flavor that is not available on the day of the week I will be picking up my cupcakes?
Unfortunately, we are only able to offer the selection of flavors available on the day of your order. However, we do make exceptions for Special Events and Caterings. Please contact me for further information… Keila
We deliver only Wedding Cakes to all locations in the Indianapolis and sorundings for a minimum charge of $55. Please contact us for a quote outside Indianapolis… Keila
Does Parcha Sweets only bake cupcakes?
No, no, no. Our menu includes over 14 flavors of cupcakes, plus seasonal flavors, pies and all flavors of cakes. We also cater gourmet buffet style parties or platter desserts. We do offer mini-cupcakes for special events and caterings. We ask that you purchase at least two dozen per flavor. You can choose from any of the flavors available for regular size cupcakes… Keila

We decorate our cupcakes and cakes with a variety of hand-made fondant hearts, flowers, and other seasonal decorations. Yes! With two weeks notice, we can have a custom stamp for an additional charge and use it to create special decorations for your company event... Keila

Each half dozen is a 10% discount off of the price for individual regular size cupcakes… Keila
